Super Target has marked their Halloween clearance down again! Costumes, decor, baking supplies and even Softsoap is ringing up at 70% off. There is also a $.75/1 from Sunday's paper for the soap making them just $.15 each!
Candy is still just 50% off but who know what tomorrow may bring!
